In order to familiarise our full members with the dispute resolution system of the Students' Union, below is a list of documents that may be used in an ordinary dispute resolution process handled by the Arbitration Committee.

Please be noted that the documents below are created by the Arbitration Committee and solely for the use of filing a complaint within the Students' Union of City University of Hong Kong. They are for reference only, please contact the Arbitration Committee for further guidance on the steps and forms required for filing a complaint.
